This is a magical duo of Milky Oat tops and Holy Basil ( Tulsi ). Both of these herbs have a particularly special ability to calm the nervous system and heal our bodies from chronic stress. In the day we live we are constantly bombarded with stress whether it’s general life, emf waves or environmental toxins. Taking a moment to remind our bodies we can breathe and relax is a medicine we all need.
